This is one worksheet going through LOOP. It was filled in by hand as a sample. Everything you tap to reveal is what LOOP actually produced for this sheet; nothing here is made up for the demo.

The sheet is DRY-003, printed and scanned on September 8, 2026. LOOP knows where every box on the page is, because it printed the page, and reads each one on its own; a box it cannot read confidently is flagged for the teacher rather than guessed at. 3. Read

Every box is read on its own, and the read sits next to the box so you can see the mark and the reading together. A box the reader was not sure of is outlined in amber. An answer goes to the teacher when its reading neither matches the key nor fits a mistake LOOP knows.

5. The step

For a wrong answer LOOP names the step that went wrong — when it can stand behind the reading.

Items 1, 4 and 5 are the ones set aside. On each of them the reader could not make out the digits with any confidence, and LOOP does not name a step it cannot support: the item goes to the teacher with the crop of the box, and a look at the paper settles it.

On the practice class’s page, the same step reads: one number fact slipped — on 2 sheets of that class, where LOOP could read the digits and could stand behind the step. That class is a simulated one: the morning page for six sheets.

6. The teacher report

This is what the teacher gets the next morning. The report covers all five sheets in that packet; this walkthrough followed DRY-003.
